Prevention

The common areas are equipped with distributors of hydroalcoholic solutions for cleaning hands. We offer the possibility to purchase a kit with mask and gloves.
We have created a special plan for the prevention and maintenance of air conditioning and plumbing systems.
All our staff have had specialized training to ensure knowledge and compliance with hygiene and safety protocols.

Cleaning
The rooms are sanitized and sanitized at each departure after disinfection the entrance to the room is sealed. The common areas and all the surfaces of greatest contact (such as the reception desk, the elevators and their buttons, the handles, the switches, the handrails, the bathrooms in the common areas and the room keys) are cleaned and sanitized several times a day. The rooms are constantly ventilated.

Cleaning on request
Customers can decide whether to use the cleaning service during their stay. Cleaning will always be done when the customer is out of the room.

Laundry procedures

A protocol has been defined for laundries for washing and collecting linen during the client’s stay and after departure in order to avoid contamination.
