Conditions and Cancellation Policy


All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card with an expiration date after the departure date.

The credit card is required only as a guarantee. The Business Hotel reserves the right to check the
validity of the credit card prior to the arrival of the customer by requesting a pre-authorization to the relevant circuit
With the pre-authorization, the hotel guarantees the temporary availability of the total amount of the stay, no amount is collected. The charge will be made in the hotel except for special non-refundable offers.
The release of an invalid credit card involves the automatic cancellation of the booking request, without further notice.
Any charge will be made only in the event that the cancellation times have elapsed and / or the balance is not honored as agreed.


The details of the credit card are required to guarantee the reservation. The charge will be made at the property and may be requested at check-in.


It is the “priority account issue” service, which allows those staying to avoid the procedures at the front office at the time of departure.
A link is sent to the guest for online payment with the amount of all expenses incurred.
The invoice or the tax receipt can be sent by e-mail.


Full prepayment of the stay is required, the amount is not refundable in any case. In case of cancellation or no-show, no amount will be refunded.


The cancellation terms of a reservation may vary according to the period and the product chosen.
Cancellations after the deadline, no-shows or changes to the reservation, result in a penalty equal to the cost of the entire booked stay.

No reimbursement is due to the guest who decides to interrupt the stay already undertaken and therefore is required to pay the entire booked stay.

In our city the city tax is not required.


Access to the rooms is allowed only after registration at the reception.
For registration it is mandatory to present a valid identification document. Only those with a photograph and issued by state bodies are recognized as valid documents.
Documents such as: residence permits, reports of loss, theft, etc. are not valid, even if issued by the police headquarters.
Minors must also present a valid identification document, if not accompanied by at least one parent they must have a signed proxy with photocopies of the parents’ documents attached.

Minors can stay accompanied by a parent or they must have a signed proxy with photocopies of the parents’ documents attached.
Children are accommodated for free if they sleep in bed with their parents up to 3 years, it is possible to add beds suitable for children up to 14 years at a cost of € 15.00 per night.


Available from 7:00 to 19:30, by reservation only, a supplement may be required. Please read our rules.


In all internal areas of the hotel it is forbidden to smoke. (Art. 51 law no. 3 of 16/01/03 and of the DCPM 23/12/03).


The administration of alcoholic beverages in the local bars open to the public ends at 20.00.

The use of any type of stove, open flames (eg candles) and irons is prohibited.


Small pets are allowed upon prior request, under the following conditions:

– Animals must be kept on a leash inside the hotel.
– Pets are allowed only in Standard rooms.
– Pets are not allowed in the breakfast room and in the swimming pool.
– The owners are responsible for cleaning the animal inside the hotel.
– The owners must ensure that animals do not disturb other hotel guests.
– The owners must notify the housekeeper of the room cleaning time.
– Owners are responsible for any damage to their pet.
– The hotel reserves the right to establish the value of any damage caused by the animal and charge it to the owner.
